Qualifications

• Assists with routine patient care, comfort, hygiene, mobility.
• Monitors and documents patient status and vital signs.
• Performs delegated non-nursing tasks under supervision.

• Assists with admission, transfer, discharge, and transportation.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized environment; stocks supplies.
• Communicates patient information and participates in hand-offs per protocol.
• Documents care and activities in medical records accurately.
