Responsabilités

• Observes and reports patient concerns or changes in condition to a registered nurse.
• Assists RN with admissions, transfers, discharges, and general patient care duties.
• Records vital signs, assists with personal hygiene and comfort measures, and tracks intake/output.
• Assists in specimen collection and related patient care tasks.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment to prevent infections and protect patients, visitors, and staff.
• Reports equipment issues to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Prepares patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Communicates nutrition issues to RN (e.g., poor appetite, diet changes).
• Supports department operations with administrative tasks and relays patient calls.
