Qualifications

• Must have completed one of the listed nursing aide programs.
• Recent acute care or long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist with mobility.
• Liaise between patient and nurse to report changes.
• Deliver high-level customer service to patients and visitors.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
• Assist with hand-offs and reports on arrival and departure.
• Assist with transfers using safe techniques.
• Encourage patient independence and individualize care.
