Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience or completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course.
• Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class.

Responsibilities

• Training is provided to prepare colleagues for success.
• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, toileting, positioning, turning, transfers, ambulation, and feeding.
• Record patient information and required data to meet documentation requirements; ensure accuracy.
