Responsibilities

• Perform assigned patient care and observation duties under RN/LPN direction, including room cleaning, operating clinical equipment, assisting with procedures, and transporting specimens.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team; maintain unit competencies.
• Promote a supportive, healing environment and enhance customer and staff satisfaction.
• Assist in emergencies as directed by RN/LPN and ensure hygiene, comfort, and rest measures are provided.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards; use equipment and document appropriately.
