Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology and clerical skills preferred.
• Must complete LMHS Sec/PCT orientation program and demonstrate competency on all skills.
• Current BLS required or obtained within three months of hire; must have completed nurse aide training and competency program; OR active EMT basic/Intermediate/Paramedic license; OR active STNA in Ohio; OR RN/ LPN student with relevant clinicals.

• Partner to the Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care; transcribe physician orders and perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Must have strong customer service and EMR skills, demonstrate accuracy in typing and record-keeping, and work collaboratively under pressure.
