• Assists with walk-in and scheduled clinic visits, ensures verification and recording of clinical data and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors environment for accreditation readiness and evaluates practice schedule for changes or updates.
• Documentation: Documenting patient information and data, including vital signs, weight, height, blood pressure, and temperature
• Supplies and equipment: Preparing, organizing, and efficiently utilizing supplies and equipment
• Provides emotional support related to the patient's clinical situation in accordance with the patient's plan of care.
• Patient Care Technician must be willing and able to work with diverse group of patients, each with unique healthcare needs, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
