• Support safe patient mobility and transitions, including admissions, transfers, and discharges for seamless care.
• Communicate observed changes in physical or emotional condition to the nursing team for timely interventions.
• Document patient care activities accurately to maintain reliable records.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and keep medical equipment ready for immediate use.
