Responsibilities

• Prepares rooms for new admissions and orients patients to rooms.
• Transfers patients between beds with assistance while ensuring safety.
• Documents intake, vital signs, I&O, and weights per policy.
• Collects and labels specimens for lab analysis.
• Maintains patient safety and clean environment.
• Responds to patient call lights and addresses needs.
