Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. seeks a Patient Care Technician to join our behavioral health team in Arizona. The PCT provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and supports safety and crisis intervention on the unit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with six months of healthcare experience and preferably an associate degree or higher. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience with exposure to behavioral/medical crises.
• Prior recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred (6+ months).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Maintain unit safety and identify environmental or patient safety concerns.
• Elevate safety concerns to the RN or supervisor as needed.
