Job summary

Lincoln Health in Hugo, CO is seeking a Patient Care Technician (Non-Certified CNA) to assist with daily resident care under RN/LPN supervision. You will support ADLs, monitor comfort, and help maintain a safe, clean patient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to perform lifting, bending, standing and transferring patients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and report abnormalities to licensed staff.
• Assist with patient mobility, repositioning and safe transport as directed.
• Document care activities accurately in approved systems.
• Follow infection prevention and control standards and HIPAA policies.
