Job summary

The role requires 36 hours per week with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will collaborate with RNs, develop care plans, and maintain safety for at-risk patients while building essential clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a registered nurse on developing a patient's care plan.
• Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a registered nurse.
• Maintains the safety of patients identified at risk by implementing safety interventions under supervision.
