Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.
• CPR and Bridge Building certifications required.
• Compassionate and able to handle stressful situations.

• Knowledge of medical/hospital terminology preferred.
• MS Office and data entry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cares for patients including bathing, feeding, vital signs and activities of daily living.
• Maintains CPR and Bridge Building certifications.
• Assists with therapeutic interventions and de-escalation.
• Escorts patients to therapies, dining, and activities.
• Documents accurately in medical records and flow sheets.
• Demonstrates respectful and professional behavior with patients and staff.
• Performs light housekeeping and participates in hospital committees as requested.
