Job summary

Qualifications

• Patient care experience 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and eating.
• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs with accuracy.
• Completes documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts effectively with patients and families and with the health care team.
• Assists with basic hygiene tasks and mobility as needed.
