Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs and basic patient assessments.
• Completes documentation in the medical record.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Help with turning/repositioning in bed and transfers to wheelchairs as needed.
• Report health concerns to licensed personnel and maintain patient comfort.
