Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing seeks a Patient Care Assistant to support nurses in delivering patient care. You will follow RN directions and perform routine tasks to ensure patient safety and comfort, using Epic and other systems as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• BLS Certification and PA Nurse Aide Certification (CNA) are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse.
• Perform routine direct patient care activities following established policies and procedures for safety and comfort.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork with the care team.
