• Clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Demonstrate behavioral competencies such as effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability.
• Ensure patient and unit safety.
• Provide patient comfort and hygiene, documenting according to policy.
