Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer unit phones and route messages to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and organize patient medical records per hospital policy.
• Schedule patient tests, appointments, and consults.
• Coordinate patient discharges, transfers, and admissions.
• Provide patient and family education and support as needed.
