Job summary

You will collect vital signs, perform basic nursing tasks per directions, document observations on the chart, and use handheld devices to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Age/work permit rules apply for younger applicants.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a medical unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for patients.
• Perform delegable nursing tasks as directed by RN.
• Collect data such as height, weight and vitals and document.
• Use handheld devices for intake, output and charting.
