• Provides basic patient care under supervision (vital signs, glucometer checks, toileting, feeding, bathing, activity).
• Works with nursing staff to meet basic patient needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Documents patient care activities to support clinical decisions.
• Communicates pertinent patient information to team members to improve outcomes.
