Preferred candidates hold a High school diploma or GED, with one year of experience preferred. CNA certification is preferred; those uncertified may attend the PCA Academy, and BLS must be completed within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• CNA certification preferred; if uncertified or <1 year experience, PCA Academy training provided.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Record patient information and vital signs accurately to support clinical decisions.
• Assist with activities of daily living: feeding, toileting, bathing, mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient safety and meet basic needs.
• Follow hospital infection prevention and safety policies.
