Job summary

Responsibilities include orienting patients and families, documenting per policy, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure smooth care throughout hospitalization. A high school diploma is required and BLS certification must be current.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-1 years of experience required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical tasks delegated by the RN according to guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure patient and unit safety and comfort, including hygiene and documentation according to policy.
• Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and communicate throughout the hospitalization process.
