Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care under RN supervision.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment on the unit.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), State approved Certification

Phlebotomy certification
