• Performs bedside care and assists with activities of daily living as directed by the RN.
• Documents ADLs, vital signs, and care provided according to hospital policy.
• Maintains a safe environment and follows OSHA Universal Precautions.
• Responds to patient call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with the care team and participates in CQI activities.
