Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Personal Care Skills.
• Basic Nursing Assistant Skills as outlined by the Rhode Island Department of Health
• Rehabilitation Skills: performs daily activities of living and ambulates patient as appropriate
• Maintenance of Safe Environment: reports unsafe conditions to RN or supervisor; reports equipment in need of repair
• Recognition of and Reporting Signs and Symptoms: communicates observations to the RN
• Safety: maintains quality assurance and infection control; documents data in EHR and care flowsheets
• Performs other related duties as required.
