Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• STNA registry required for State Tested Nursing Assistant at Daniel Drake Center.
• Minimum 0–6 months of experience; 1–2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engages in population appropriate communication and assesses patient needs.
• Provides routine patient care including ADLs, vital signs, and basic comfort measures.
• Communicates patient observations to RN in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and stable supply management.
• Participates in patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Adheres to safety measures, body mechanics, and infection control policies.
