Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or equivalent of GED/HSED or high school diploma.
• Basic patient-care skills and ability to follow RN guidance.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vitals, intake/output, weights, and other data in EMR.
• Participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Support nutrition, skin care, and patient safety activities.
• Prepare and coordinate tests with various departments.
• Communicate observations to the RN and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and appropriate PPE.
