Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care: bathing, feeding, ambulation and positioning.
• Measure and document vitals and intake/output; record in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge processes; prepare rooms and belongings.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing per approved procedures.
• Stock nursing areas, transport supplies, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
