Texas Health Resources in Dallas is seeking an Admissions Specialist for the Breast Center. You will welcome patients, gather demographic data, verify insurance and pre-certifications, and educate patients on financial obligations.

Excellent communication and empathy are essential for this role. The position requires a HS Diploma, 1 year of customer service, and healthcare experience; CPI training and EDPI prep are part of onboarding with strong growth opportunities within a collaborative

Competenze

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service required.
• 2 years of professional office/healthcare experience preferred.
• CHAA preferred upon hire.
• CPI training within 60 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Welcome patients and families on arrival, setting a calm tone for the visit.
• Gather demographic information for EHR integrity.
• Identify network coverage and obtain/verify benefits or pre-certification.
• Educate patients about documents and ensure consents are signed.
• Explain financial obligations and prepare estimates for co-pays and balances.
• Ensure MSPQ, IMM, ABN, and Non-Coverage checks are correctly completed.
• Maintain customer service and productivity guidelines.
