The position operates Mon-Fri with varied shift times, requires a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver s license, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver s license in good standing required.
• One year of experience with frail or elderly population or training upon hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict management, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic email/calendar systems.

Responsabilités

• Transport participants to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Aid participants during boarding and disembarking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adapt to schedule changes.
• Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
