Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist/Counselor in Everett, WA. The role oversees therapeutic services for a client caseload, coordinating master and discharge plans, and delivering individual, group and family therapy with a strong emphasis on documentation and compliance.

The position requires a Master’s degree, active state licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 1pm-9:30pm and compensation between $32-$48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Social Sciences, or commensurate experience.
• Active licensure for substance use or mental health in the state of practice.
• Maintain licensure requirements for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to assigned clients.
• Coordinate treatment from admission to discharge with the multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement master and discharge treatment plans.
• Communicate with support staff, teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress, and discharge summaries promptly.
• Maintain professional boundaries and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate with utilization review and managed care for reimbursement.
