Job summary

Nooksack Indian Tribe seeks a physician to provide medical services in the outpatient clinic, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and a balanced daily caseload (up to 12 visits). Qualifications

• MD degree required and WA license to practice medicine.
• Completion of accredited residency and 3-5 years outpatient experience.
• Must pass alcohol/drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Practice medicine within licensed scope and credentialing.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in outpatient clinic.
• Provide education on prevention, diet, and wellness to patients and families.
• Coordinate with external facilities for admissions when needed.
• Document medical notes accurately for legal and care continuity.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
