Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient medical office setting.
• Administers intramuscular, subcutaneous, and oral medications as ordered.
• Consults with the Provider or RN to seek guidance in delivery of nursing care.
• Obtains patient information including vital signs and health data and records it in the medical record.
• Assists Providers and RN with examinations and procedures.
• Maintains cost-effective use of supplies and supports staff in scheduling and patient flow.
