Job summary

Ethos Treatment LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to deliver comprehensive treatment services, including assessment, diagnosis, and counseling for individuals and families. You will develop tailored care plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and ongoing care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology or social work, or related field, with licensure eligibility (LAPC/LSW/LAMFT) and experience with EHR systems and DSM-V knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in psychology or social work.
• Active licensure or eligibility (LAPC/LSW/LAMFT preferred).
• 1+ year experience in treatment settings, especially individual therapy.
• Experience with DSM-5 and diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to determine level of care.
• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.
• Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about mental health, treatment options, and coping skills.
• Attend supervision and collaborate with the care team on treatment plans.
