Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required.
• Two years' occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas needing attention; establishes individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques; communicates discharge plans.
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
