Requirements include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and state licensure. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold OT licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Master’s degree in OT or Doctor of OT (OTD) is required or foreign equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Completes evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Delivers therapy interventions using established protocols.
• Develops care and discharge plans and communicates them to the team.
• Completes clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
