Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Georgia OT Assistant license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team and supports Rehabilitation Services activities.
• Provides superior customer service and clear documentation.
• Collaborates with supervising Therapist and Rehab Director for case management.
• Maintains knowledge through seminars and journals and follows guidelines.
