Job summary

Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA will provide rehabilitative interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, administer procedures, and monitor patient progress to ensure compliant care.

We welcome candidates with any level of experience who hold a valid OTA license/registration in the state. We emphasize compassionate patient care and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Education
