Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Call office every morning for assignment and follow care plans for clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide routine house cleaning, meal prep and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
