• Follows the therapist's plan of care and communicates with the evaluating therapist.
• Implements intervention plans that are patient-centered and occupation-based.
• Adjusts treatment based on patient response and available evidence.
• Documents clearly and accurately to support decisions and payers.
• Provides instruction on ADLs and daily living skills to patients and families.
• Completes range of motion measurements and therapeutic modalities as prescribed.
• Maintains daily documentation and EMR entries.
