Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients needing occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the care journey.
