Job summary

Lifelong Learners Academy LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will meet with patients daily, assess their needs, and craft customized therapy plans tailored to individual mobility goals.

Collaboration with other clinicians will help coordinate follow-up care and education for patients and families. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many backgrounds and discuss health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient to meet mobility goals.
• Work closely with other care team members to provide follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
