Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive and compassionate demeanor with patients over time.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and discuss health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet mobility goals.
• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
