Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• BCLS/BCLS Instructor within 30 days of start date
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in OT

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe transitions of care.
• Provide guidance to therapy assistants or students and uphold Hospital mission and values.
