Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Rooms patients, documenting vital signs and chief complaints in the chart.
• Assists physicians with procedures within the Medical Assistant Scope of Practice.
• Reviews patient charts two days prior to appointments and updates referrals/tests.
• Orders outside testing and notifies patients of scheduled appointments and test results.
• Assists in routing completed billing sheets and handles medical records requests.
