OnPoint Medical Group seeks a Medical Assistant for the South Denver OBGYN clinic in Castle Rock, CO. The role supports physicians and nurses in exams, procedures and patient flow within a busy obstetrics/gynecology setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CMA certification preferred, and some MA experience. Current BLS certification is required and the position offers full-time hours with competitive benefits.

• CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Some Medical Assistant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and prepares them for visits, obtains medical history and verifies information.
• Records vital signs accurately.
• Keeps electronic medical records updated with allergies, medications, vaccines and social history.
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
• Maintains clean, stocked exam rooms and follows HIPAA guidelines.
