Job summary

OnPoint Medical Group in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the Personalized Care program with proactive, relationship-centered care. You will room patients, document vitals, update the EMR, and assist providers during examinations in a high-touch clinic.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CMA preferred, and at least 1 year MA experience in family/internal medicine. Strong HIPAA and patient-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited healthcare program such as Medical Assistant, CMA preferred.
• Maintain certifications per state guidelines; CMA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and complete intake by rooming them and obtaining medical history.
• Document vital signs accurately and update the EMR.
• Assist providers during examinations and give point-of-care testing as allowed.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies for smooth patient care.
• Protect patient information per HIPAA and coordinate follow-up as needed.
