The role emphasizes on-site leadership, inventory management, and cross-department support to maintain a top-tier patient experience in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential or similar (EMT, LPN, RN)
• Minimum of 3 years as a medical assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Experience in an OB/GYN or women’s health setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations
• Proven ability to resolve problems independently and manage clinical operations effectively

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of medical assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance, including training and evaluations
• Resolve operational issues independently and involve leadership when needed
• Manage inventory and place orders for medical supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and admin staff to optimize patient care processes
• Crossover duties to other departments as needed
• Buy and bill for IUDs and complete related orders
• Act as on-site management when required
