Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification required within 4 months of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assist with admission and discharge processes and direct patient care under a licensed nurse.
• Identify changes in patient condition and communicate promptly to the Nurse.
• Assist with basic cares, transport, and patient transfers.
• Collect basic subjective and objective data (vital signs, observations) and record appropriately.
• Report patient pain and other symptoms according to standard procedures.
