Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered nursing license prior to start.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) needed for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN or licensed practitioner with patient needs and goals.
• Contribute to evaluation and plan of care; modify as needed.
• Collaborate with team to implement an integrated patient-centered care plan.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge education to patients and families.
